• Integrated Valve Manifolds: These integrate multiple diaphragm valves into a single valve body, minimizing pipeline size and enhancing gas exchange efficiency. The special seat separation design allows for maintenance through simple replacement of the seat assembly and diaphragm, significantly reducing costs. Customized designs and production of integrated manifolds are available upon customer request.
• Hose Assemblies: A great deal of hoses are required for semiconductor equipment and facilities, with materials, sizes, and configurations varying based on application needs. FITOK offers quick-connects in diverse configurations and matching hoses tailored for different flow requirements, along with a wide selection of seal elements suitable for various coolant types.
