FITOK Passes IATF 16949 Certification

FITOK is proud to announce that FITOK (Wuhan) Incorporated has successfully passed the certification for IATF 16949:2016 Automotive Quality Management System Standards. As a high-tech company specializing in precision instrumentation valves and fittings, as well as the design and manufacturing of integrated systems, our products are extensively used in the hydrogen, semiconductor, petrochemical, and electric power industries. Being IATF 16949 certified reflects our unwavering commitment to enhancing our quality management and striving for excellence. This certification demonstrates our capability to meet the stringent quality standards of the automotive industry, laying a solid foundation for our further expansion in the hydrogen vehicle market.

To achieve this certification, we undertook significant efforts including system planning and upgrading, document completion, employee training, internal audits, and management reviews. Our core team underwent professional training for IATF 16949 and mastered five core tools: Statistical Process Control (SPC), Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). These tools have been integrated into our production and management processes. Additionally, we have adopted the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) management method to optimize work processes and improve efficiency.

Thanks to these efforts, we successfully passed the rigorous audit conducted by the renowned certification company SGS, and obtained our certificate on June 18, 2024. IATF 16949 is customer-oriented, emphasizing customer needs and expectations, which aligns with FITOK’s core value of customer-centricity. Moving forward, we will continue to deepen the implementation of IATF 16949 standards and enhance our quality management to provide customers with superior products and services, thereby creating more value for our customers.
